Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate shipment details, commodity descriptions, and documentation required for customs clearance. Clients are responsible for the legality of goods and compliance with destination regulations.
Service availability
Service timelines depend on carrier availability, customs clearance, and operational capacity. We communicate delivery windows and update clients on delays or disruptions.
Pricing and payments
Invoices are issued based on agreed quotations. Additional charges may apply for routing changes, storage extensions, or regulatory requirements outside the original scope.
Documentation and reporting
Shipment documentation, cost reconciliation, and performance reporting are provided according to service agreements. Clients may request audit-ready documentation for compliance reviews.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the scope defined in service agreements and applicable regulations. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to settlement of outstanding invoices and completion of in-progress shipments where possible.
